David Furtado

Mr. Furtado is licensed in Colorado, California, Alabama, Massachusetts, as well as with the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Mr. Furtado graduated from the University Of Denver Sturm College Of Law in 1996, receiving his Juris Doctor. Mr. Furtado is also a newly elected board member in The American Policyholder Association, a non profit 501(c)(4) watchdog organization that promotes integrity, honesty and best practices in the property loss adjustment sector of the insurance industry. Mr. Furtado has represented both private and public companies in general corporate, and merger and acquisition matters for over the past 20 years.
